Referrals ARE My Business

Because the majority of my business comes from referrals, historically at the end of every year I would offer everyone an opportunity to earn money for a local non-profit or church organization – especially those which assist people with housing related expenses. Starting in 2023, this program expands to become a year-round benefit!

New and existing clients the opportunity to have a $500 donation made in their name to a local non-profit when they list a property they own or refer a new customer.

If a donor is not designated, the enrollee in the program is eligible for a $75 cash award when closing occurs on or before January 30.
