I have the systems in place to streamline the home-buying process for you. As part of my All-Inclusive Service Plan*, I commit to help you with your home search by:

  • Advising you of other homes that have sold and for how much
  • Helping you preview homes on the Web
  • Personally touring homes and neighborhoods with you
  • Previewing homes in advance on your behalf
  • Keeping you informed of new homes on the market
  • Working with you until we find the home of your dreams

Contract-to-Close Services

  • Manage communications with you, the Title company, your Lender (if obtaining financing), the Seller’s Agent, and any other buying partners needed for the purchase
  • Provide my Professional Advice and Opinions
  • Ensure Accuracy and Correctness of Forms for the sale of the property
  • Negotiate the Sales Contract on your behalf
  • Work with you to resolve issues
  • Attend Inspections and Negotiate Repairs
  • Review Closing Documents and Attend Closing
