I am your Buyer Representative
I have systems in place to streamline the home-buying process for you. My All-Inclusive Service Plan for Buyers includes a fee of 3 percent (3%) of the sales price, and comes with a commitment to help you with your home search in several ways.
I commit to help you with your home search by:
- Advising you of other homes that have sold and for how much
- Helping you preview homes on the Web
- Personally touring homes and neighborhoods with you
- Previewing homes in advance on your behalf
- Keeping you informed of new homes on the market
- Working with you until we find the home of your dreams
Contract-to-Close Services
- Manage communications with you, the Title company, your Lender (if obtaining financing), the Seller's Agent, and any other buying partners needed for the purchase
- Provide my Professional Advice and Opinions
- Ensure Accuracy and Correctness of Forms for the sale of the property
- Negotiate the Sales Contract on your behalf
- Work with you to resolve issues
- Attend Inspections and Negotiate Repairs
- Review Closing Documents and Attend Closing
