My All-Inclusive Service Plan* for Sellers includes a fee of 3 percent (3%) of the sales price. When you hire me to sell and then help you buy, my Move-Up Program may give you some cost relief on the purchase of your new home. - High-quality, Full-color Brochures/Flyers
- Eye-catching, Branded Signs and an Electronic Lockbox
- Advertising as appropriate
- Inclusion on my Website and Social Media outlets, with photos and detailed description
- Listings on Realtor.com, Homes.com, Zillow, and other major sites
- Feedback on Showings
- Regular Reports of Activity in the Marketplace
Contract-to-Close Services
- Manage communications with Potential Buyers and their Agent
- Provide my Professional Advice and Opinions
- Ensure Accuracy and Correctness of Forms for the sale of the property
- Negotiate the Sales Contract on your behalf
- Work with you to resolve issues
- Attend Inspections and Negotiate Repairs
- Review Closing Documents and Attend Closing
