This week I talked with Shella Arnwine and Jake Freeman, coaches at Roscoe Collegiate. Texas schools are closed down, but schoolwork continues… including physical education. These coaches will tell us how they have been keeping their students (and families) involved in PE/Athletics, along with some ideas on how to do conditioning and strength training over the summer while schools remain closed.
